Being Successful by Doing Things MY Way

WHO IS HIDING INSIDE YOU WAITING TO BUST OUT?

1 year ago, I made a decision that changed my whole trajectory in business. I had already broken free from traditional therapy practice after yrs of working in the military & traditional outpatient settings. I had already taken a risk to start my own practice, with the guidance (and security) of a business partner. It was going pretty well. I was able to keep overhead down, I had a steady source of clientele, & I was building a name for myself.

But, something was missing. Something was holding me back. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it at the time. My biz partner came from a traditional business mindset. Working harder was the only way to get results, he would tell me. Though I respected his success & experience, I felt like there was a better way.

I had been hesitant to leave this comfort zone, but God made it clear one day that it was time to move on. Circumstances led me to the ultimate knowingness that it was time to split ways.

What a freeing decision that was! I am now 100% in control of how I want to do business. Free to expand & take a chance when I feel led. Totally 100% free to be ME & create a business that is fully aligned with my divine purpose - a purpose much larger than I had thought. Without someone to explain myself to (or split the risk with), I have been able to truly tap into my vision, creativity and desires. I see now what it was that I was feeling. I wasn’t in an environment that allowed me to truly thrive, pause & look inward enough.

I never imagined that I had an entrepreneur buried inside me. I can actually treat clients AND be an entrepreneur - how crazy is that? I am embarking on a new journey & I’m so excited to see where it leads!

Right now I have an opportunity for you, too, to step into being an entrepreneur, creating limitless opportunities for scalable income & a freedom lifestyle... while also being able continue the work that’s most important to you – and doing it only in the way that works best for you.

I’m super excited to share this with you – Email me if you’re interested in learning more!

Live Abundantly.

💗, Kristen

We Are ALL Asymmetrical - Why it Matters

Have you noticed a harder time with your front splits on one side? Or maybe it’s always been a struggle for you to get your turn-out on one side? No matter how much you stretch and strengthen, you will not achieve symmetry without compensation (which leads to injury).   Here’s why … Our bodies are NOT symmetrical! Take a look at these images of different systems in our bodies.   Notice how NONE of them are exactly the same on the left as the right. Those "Tricky" Hamstrings (Part 3)

So far, we have discussed the consequences of OVER STRETCHING and the role of the NERVOUS SYSTEM in treating and preventing hamstring injuries.  Now it's time to dive in to the ROTATIONAL component of our hamstrings.   We cannot treat the hamstring group in just one plane of motion.  Look at the diagram and notice that there are some hamstring muscles that attach to the inside (medial) side of the knee, and others that attach to the outside (lateral) side of the knee. When working together, the medial and lateral hamstrings will act in a coordinated manner to bend the knee and extend the hip.   Individually, the medial hamstrings turn the thigh inward (Internal Rotation or IR) and the lateral hamstrings turn the thigh outward (External Rotation or ER).  This means that the hamstrings are also a crucial player in side-to-side and rotational movements.  On the same lines, the hamstrings will act at the upper attachment at the pelvis.  The medial hamstrings will pull the p

SoftWave Therapy - The Latest Technology in Regenerative Medicine

There is a new "secret weapon" hitting the Medical and Performance industries - SoftWave Therapy. It is the latest technology in Regenerative Medicine and has been tested extensively in Europe for the past decade. Recently making it's way into the U.S., SoftWave is quickly taking hold.  We have been seeing exciting results with this device in our office over the past months, both immediate and long-term.  Read on for a summary of what makes SoftWave so unique and effective!  What is SoftWave?   Softwave Therapy essentially “tricks” the body into thinking a fresh trauma has occurred.   A series of pulses are applied to painful areas, which thin the cell membranes and alert the brain.   This kick-starts the natural healing process without actually causing trauma .   This response includes releasing RNA, attracting Stem Cells, increasing circulation, modulating inflammation, releasing growth factors involved in tissue regeneration, and forming new blood vessels
